Standard Delivery prices start at £2.50p for our cards, and £2.99 for gifts.
And we also offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for those sticky moments when you realise you haven’t time to wait for the postman!
Almost all of our gifts, party supplies, and cards are delivered by Royal Mail, however we also offer a courier service for some of our products. We’ll let you know on each product page the delivery options that are available, and how quickly we’re able to despatch the product from our shop.
Delivery Costs and Times If you’re ordering multiple cards, gifts, or inflated helium balloons, your delivery charge may vary from the prices listed below. We’ll let you know on the delivery page how much your postage charges will be.
Please remember that our Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only. Sometimes, especially during busy times of the year, Royal Mail 24™ delivery can take up to 3 working days, and Royal Mail 48™ delivery can take up to 5 working days.
Cards Royal Mail 48™ (2nd class): Once we’ve despatched your card, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order in 2 – 3 working days.
Royal Mail 24™ (1st class): Once we've despatched your card, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day. This service costs 99p extra
Giant Cards and Boxed Cards Royal Mail 48™ (2nd class): Once we’ve despatched your card, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order in 2 – 3 working days. This service costs £2.99 per order.
Royal Mail 24™ (1st class): Once we've despatched your card, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day. This service costs £3.99 per order.
Delivery is only available between Monday and Friday, and please allow an extra day for delivery to Northern Ireland and addresses in the northern parts of Scotland.
Returns As a valued customer we want you to be happy with the items you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the non-personalised product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt.
This offer excludes personalised items. If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund, including postage and packing, or an exchange.
Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. Please visit our returns page to do so
