Free UK delivery on orders of £10 or more. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
UK Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48™, 2nd class) costs £2.00 per order for orders under £10. Once we’ve despatched your order, Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2–3 working days.
UK Express delivery costs £3.99 per order. Once we’ve despatched your order, Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day.
International delivery costs £9.99 per order to EU countries and £19.99 per order to other countries we deliver to.
Almost all of our gifts, party supplies, and cards are delivered by Royal Mail, however we also offer a courier service for some of our products. We’ll let you know on each product page how quickly we’re able to despatch the product from our shop.
Please remember that our Royal Mail delivery times are estimates only. Sometimes, especially during busy times of the year, Royal Mail 24™ delivery can take up to 3 working days, and Royal Mail 48™ delivery can take up to 5 working days.
Delivery is only available between Monday and Friday, and please allow an extra day for delivery to Northern Ireland and addresses in the northern parts of Scotland.
Returns As a valued customer we want you to be happy with the items you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the non-personalised product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 30 days of delivery.
This offer excludes personalised items. If non-personalised goods are returned within 30 days of delivery, we will happily issue a refund or an exchange.
Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. Please visit our returns page to do so
